At Nerd Enough, every order is packed with care by real humans who are probably arguing about movies, games, comics, or whether a d20 is lucky. We appreciate your support and want to make shipping as clear as possible.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.
During new product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Shipping Times
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Orders
- Typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
From time to time, Nerd Enough may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping specials.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment notification.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, Nerd Enough cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for lost packages.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. While we will do our best to assist, Nerd Enough is not responsible for packages that carriers mark as successfully delivered.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Customs delays are outside of our control and are not included in shipping estimates.
